A friend recently said: "Stress today is what asbestos was 20 years ago..." Yes! Because the negative consequences of stress are widely underestimated - and we are all affected by it. The devastating effects of stress also apply to spiritual pressure, which arises in us, for example, through the statements mentioned at the beginning.
But Jesus says: "The yoke that I am putting on you is easy, and what I ask of you is not difficult to fulfill." We will dedicate ourselves to this light yoke with a daily input.
