Monika Graf:
Monika Graf has always been passionate about people and their relationships. After training as a nurse, Monika worked as a pastor in a dynamic free church and then trained as a coach and supervisor BSO. Today, she runs the Casa Immanuel Foundation in the Grisons Oberland, which is committed to "living fulfilled relationships". In resilience training sessions and time-outs lasting several weeks, people seeking advice discover their uniqueness as endowed by the triune God and learn to be themselves in order to take their place in the world. "When I know who I am, I can be who I am and joyfully give away what I have," is the 62-year-old's favorite motto. "I'm really looking forward to our first course at the Hotel Paladina. The topic is vital! Because only when I am in relationship with myself can I have a healthy relationship with the other person."
Katrin Horn:
Katrin Horn has been working for many years at the Casa Immanuel Foundation to help people break through into the fullness and breadth of their lives. In February 2024, the social pedagogue and adult educator took over responsibility for the courses. She passionately lives out part of her vocation by leading resilience training courses lasting several weeks: "I am thrilled by the visible, tangible, profound changes in people who discover themselves and their divine identity and learn to invest in their personal self-care. For the first time in their lives, many no longer feel at the mercy of their feelings, their circumstances or the people around them." In her role as a life coach, Katrin is constantly confronted with the challenging aspects of human relationships, but also experiences a lot of healing and new beginnings with those seeking advice. She is therefore very much looking forward to the course at Hotel Paladina, because: "Healthy self-love is an essential basis for successful, healthy relationships."
