The cuisine in Ticino is closely related to that of neighboring Lombardy. Fresh, seasonal and with a southern flair, this is also how the cuisine in our hotel presents itself. And we attach great importance to this!
We want to spoil you all round and that applies especially to your palate!
We don’t serve boring monotony, but fresh blueberries, homemade pasta, risotto in different variations, delicious grigliata with a variety of side dishes, sweet treats, bread straight from our hotel oven, a good glass of wine, home-made grape juice, elderflower syrup or jams.
