Janine Rüfenacht has been managing the Hotel Paladina since November 2025.

Cooking is not just our job, it’s our passion! The head chef focuses on sustainable, predominantly regional cuisine with a Mediterranean and sometimes a little exotic touch. Bread and pasta are of course homemade. By the way, the pizza is also baked in a wood-fired oven according to an original Neapolitan recipe.

Marco Nolli is Paladina’s head chef and spoils Paladina guests with passion and creativity.

My team and I do everything we can to offer an uncomplicated and friendly service and ensure that you want for nothing!

Stefania has been working at the Hotel Paladina for many years, and as they say: the sun rises with her!

Her upbeat manner and competent work are the best prerequisites for offering our guests a wonderful experience.

Fluffy sheets and clean rooms are my passion!

Her team is responsible for all housekeeping aspects of the hotels and ensures that all rooms are tidy, clean and comfortable.

Erika Seliner has been working as housekeeping manager at the Hotel Paladina since 2001.

My aim is to ensure that our guests feel comfortable and enjoy our very large grounds. My tasks also include maintaining the buildings and the pool.

Mattia Briguglio has been working at Paladina since 2023.
