Meditations for Passiontide
"God is accessible through the present." Franz Jalics During Holy Week, we discover various meditation practices together. Thematically, we follow Jesus' path to the cross and prepare ourselves for Good Friday and Easter. The aim of Christian meditation is to focus on God. It is a path of practice on which we seek silence and train mindfulness without any pressure to perform. We find inner peace, practise lingering in God's presence and give him space to work on our souls. Program Morning: Meditative-liturgical start to the day with music, text and silence (approx. 20 minutes) Evening: Thematic introduction, physical exercises, meditation exercise (approx. 1 hour) Start: Sunday evening, end: Thursday evening Opportunity for individual discussions. The course is designed to build on the previous one, participation in the entire course is encouraged. This offer is free of charge.
