Our kitchen

The Paladina Hotel celebrates the combination of regional products and a passion for cooking. Guests can enjoy tasty dishes prepared with great attention to detail and using high-quality ingredients. Homemade pasta and pizza from the wood-fired oven are a matter of course here.

Our breakfast buffet also offers a rich selection of different delicacies such as fresh pastries, homemade jams and cheese from the region.

The perfect end to a successful day is a delicious dinner. Every day the chefs come up with a new menu that you are sure to enjoy. Dinner is served either indoors or outdoors on the panoramic terrace. The experienced service staff at the Paladina make sure that every plate is accompanied by the right wine. There is also a menu for children that is specially tailored to their needs. Please let us know on arrival if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements. In addition to producing our own fine products, we also train apprentice chefs.

Paladina Café

In the Paladina Café we have a Maxi-Bar, which is open for our hotel guests throughout the day. Make yourself at home and simply help yourself. You can then pay when you check out. We also offer various menus and seasonal specialties from our menu from 12:00 to 13:30.

Whether on the terrace with its majestic view, in the Cafè Paladina or in our dining room: our service staff will do their utmost to fulfill your wishes.

Enjoy the natural ambience in the sunny dining room at Casa Paladina. This is where guests from all the houses meet. The uncomplicated, friendly and courteous service provides pure joy and vacation feeling!

From your table you can marvel at the magnificent view of Lake Lugano, the mountains and the Mediterranean garden with olive grove and vineyard.
The main course is à discrétion.
