Michael (1979) and Beate Wesner (1980) are married and parents of four children. Both are full-time teachers and were the pastors at ICF Paderborn, Germany, for ten years until 2017. Today they are responsible for small groups, preaching and coaching in the areas of strengths, calling, marriage and pastoral care at ICF Bielefeld and Paderborn.
