Ursula Häberling is a sports teacher ETHZ, founder of PMT SwingWalking® and nutritionist CgH; Heinz Hagmann is a qualified physiotherapist HF; both are married and enjoy their grandchildren. Ursula and Heinz are united by their love of the heavenly Father and exercise. Over the years, they have developed the PMT SwingWalking® movement concept for health-oriented trampoline training. This preventive medical concept is geared towards the ageing body and helps to counteract the associated complaints. It is characterized by a special swing release technique and is suitable for all age groups and trampoline types. The gentle concept can be learned in health weeks and courses, as well as online.
