Ruedi Josuran, born in 1957, grew up in Ticino and was a radio and TV presenter and editor for many years. After Radio 24, Radio Zürisee and Radio DRS1, he joined the talk show "Fenster zum Sonntag". Ruedi was (and still is) also active as a writer. But then he also suffered a burnout, from which he was able to draw knowledge and strength for his current activities: helping others through difficult phases. Today, he is a freelance moderator and coach specializing in burnout prevention. Rudi's motto in life: Never stop starting! Never start to stop!
