Phil Sternbauer, born in 1970, is the founder and leader of ICF Mittelland. After studying architecture, Phil felt more and more called to build churches with people rather than houses with stones. ICF Mittelland is part of the ICF Movement, a rapidly growing movement in Europe that attracts many young people. Phil and his wife Monika have three young children.
